Meet Our Team in Edmonton, Alberta
In 2010, Annie joined our staff. Her background as a nurse and her previous optical experience has been an asset to our team. Originally from the beautiful continent of Africa, Annie loves travelling around the world and spending time outdoors.
Being a part of our team for the last few years, Heidi brought with her several years of optician experience and expertise in the optical field. Her attention to detail means quality for you. Among other things, Heidi loves spending time with her family, her giant cat and her dogs.
With a background in office management, Rita originally came to help out "temporarily", but has been here for nearly 30 years. She enjoys reconnecting with the many generations of loyal patients, and also getting to know the new ones. She is very involved in her community and church and has served on various committees and boards and is especially passionate about her volunteer work. One of her favorite experiences was time she spent in Thailand for 18 months where she served a welfare mission. A particular highlight was her volunteer work there at a refugee camp where she loved teaching English and preparing the people for their arrival to their new country. Music, children, and paddle boarding are just some of her interests.
